At the Hastings Hotel, we’re more than just a pub — we’re part of the fabric of Wauchope. We’re proud to support the local community through ongoing sponsorships, partnerships and initiatives that give back to the people who make our town special.

We’re the major sponsor of the Hastings League Competition, the iconic local pub rugby league competition that’s been running since 1920. We also proudly support the Wauchope Thunder Rugby Union Club, Wauchope Soccer Club, and Hastings River Pirates Baseball Club.

Our support extends beyond the field too — we sponsor the Wauchope Swimming Club by covering spectator fees at weekly meets, helping friends and family cheer on the kids without extra cost.

Each Friday night, we invite community groups to run our meat raffles, giving them a great opportunity to raise much-needed funds and connect with locals in a fun, social setting.
